“I am a Clinical Solution Focused Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist offering personalised hypnotherapy services for a wide range of emotional and physical issues. I help people overcome their anxieties, sleep related problems, depression, phobias, trauma, anger, manage their pain or weight and many other conditions that are often exacerbated by stress.

I have always been interested in the mind and how our thoughts and feelings impact our behaviours. With a background in Secondary School teaching I have experienced and witnessed the effects of long term stress on many colleagues and students. I first became aware of the life changing effect of hypnotherapy when I was helped to overcome a difficult period in my life. I could manage the fear and think clearly about what I needed to do. I wanted to know more, to find out how I could help other people be free, and be in control of their lives too.

I have a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy from the prestigious Clifton Practice and a Hypnotherapy Practitioner’s Diploma (HPD) which gives the assurance that the training undertaken is of the highest quality. I am a member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, the National Council for Hypnotherapy and the Complementary and Natural Health Care Council. I am professionally insured and have an enhanced DBS certificate for working with vulnerable adults and children. When not working with clients you will usually find me enjoying time with my family and planning our next travels together – I love to visit other cultures and gain different perspectives on life.”
