Lisa’s previous working life was within the financial services industry and in her early fifties, Lisa was introduced to hypnotherapy and NLP through a friend. This helped enormously with her health and stress levels and when she later chose to terminate her contract within the financial sector, she decided on a complete change of career and began NLP Practitioner Training.

Lisa was then directed towards hypnotherapy and psychotherapy and undertook this training at the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training School (CPHT), an accredited centre of excellence in Clinical Hypnotherapy and a leading UK government recognised teaching authority.

Lisa’s work experience includes having worked as a tutor for Bristol City Council in the South West of England, running confidence courses and also coaching adults with issues such as low self-esteem, poor social skills or substance dependencies to help them find their own tools and inner resources for positive changes in behaviour, and in getting the life they want.

Lisa is a qualified Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist (HPD) with training in Psychotherapy and CBT skills, she is a Senior Lecturer for The Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training and a Supervisor; she also runs a busy, successful therapy practice situated within the tranquil, rural setting of North Somerset, England, having reached a running client base of thirty-two very quickly after qualifying.

Lisa’s own life experience has shown her that constructive, long lasting change is achievable. This has made her passionate about guiding others towards constructive and lasting changes in their lives, and in helping to improve their well-being; Lisa is now furthering her work as a Senior Lecturer as part of the CPHT Hampshire Team alongside CPHT Guest Senior Lecturers, training others to work as she has for the past 6 years, and to help make that difference.

Lisa lives in a small village in North Somerset and enjoys village and country life and being with her family.
