Katie graduated from CPHT St Albans in 2020. During the pandemic, with no previous experience in marketing or running a business, she set up and grew her successful practice ‘Songbird Hypnotherapy’ in Bedfordshire and online. She now sees an average of 20 clients a week, specialising in anxiety, stress and overwhelm, She has won three awards for ‘Hypnotherapist of the Year- London and South East England’.

Katie has ten years’ experience of working in teaching and education and holds a BA(Hons) in education. Previously working as a primary teacher and tutor, she made the leap to Solution Focused Hypnotherapy after experiencing the magic for herself! She left teaching to train with CPHT, set up her practice in 2020 and has never looked back. Whilst running her busy practice she also offers mentoring and coaching for other hypnotherapists.
