During this CPD, we will explore the basic anatomy and physiology of pregnancy and labour, including the important role that fear and anxiety can play in the experience of pain during childbirth.
As hypnotherapists, helping clients reduce anxiety and build confidence is at the heart of what we do. This training will give you the knowledge and confidence to work effectively with pregnant clients, enabling you to make a meaningful and positive difference to their pregnancy and birth experience.
We will discuss how hypnotherapy can support a calmer pregnancy and birth, and how it may also positively influence early bonding between parent and baby.
You will also learn practical techniques that can be used within the therapy room, as well as strategies that clients can practise themselves throughout pregnancy and during the birthing process.
This CPD is part of the Advanced Hypnotherapy Diploma.
