Nicola Griffiths
Nicola trained in 2008. A Hypnotherapy Supervisor since 2013 she has played an integral role in the growth of many first-class Hypnotherapists. She was the first CEO of the AfSFH which she helped set up in 2011.

Based on the latest research and neuroscience, CPHT’s accredited Hypnotherapy Diploma Course™ will equip you to become an effective and business-ready solution focused Hypnotherapist. Whether you have prior experience as a helping professional or are looking to completely change your career, you can graduate with all the necessary skills and knowledge you need to begin your career immediately.
Successful completion of the course leads to two diplomas:
- the Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH),
- the Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD – Level 4 NCFE accredited) upon successful completion of your accompanying portfolio.
Your diploma level hypnotherapy training is made up of 10 modules delivered one weekend a month, over 10 months. This allows you time to practice yours skills and build your confidence between modules. It also means you can fit your training around your life and current commitments.

CPHT Dublin Course Dates
Our Weekend course times are on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00am to 5:30pm.

Other Locations Course Start Dates
Our hypnotherapy course typically starts running around March or April and again in September or October. The weekend course is our most popular course, and is available at every school. Our weekday course is only available in certain schools and runs on Thursdays & Fridays.
