Holly’s specialist knowledge gives students a deep understanding of how Solution Focused Hypnotherapy works in complex, real-life cases.

Lydia is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist with over 15 years’ experience working with children, adults and families. Using Solution Focused techniques alongside hypnotherapy, Lydia supports clients to create meaningful and lasting change. Her broad clinical experience ensures students receive thoughtful, ethical and effective hypnotherapy training grounded in modern therapeutic practice.
