“Hello, my name is Clare Doyle. I am a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist, and Senior Lecturer at CPHT Belfast.

I currently practise Solution Focused Hypnotherapy from Mount Lennox, Antrim Road, Belfast, as well as online and Zoom. 

I trained at the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training School (CPHT), which is widely regarded as the gold standard in hypnotherapy and is recognised as a Centre of Excellence for hypnotherapy training. I am a member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) and the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH).

My fascination with the human mind began when I studied Psychology, which ultimately led me to pursue Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. I have helped many people turn their lives around, overcoming a wide range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, confidence issues, phobias, OCD, and more.

Hypnotherapy can be life-changing, and I find it incredibly rewarding to see my clients empowered by the transformational changes they make as they move forward with a more positive mindset.”
