“I run my private practice based in Loughborough, Leicestershire offering both in person and online sessions.

For as long as I can remember I’ve been fascinated with understanding the human mind and how the world around impacts us. As soon as I could I choose to study sociology & psychology and went on to complete my degree in Social Psychology. This led me to a 10 year career in primary school teaching where I also held the role of SENCo (Special Educational Needs Coordinator), I loved working with the appropriate agencies and staff members to get the best outcomes for each individual child, focussing on their specific needs.

When I became a mum priorities changed and I came away from primary school teaching, fully intending to return once both children were in full time education. However it wasn’t long before I started dipping my toes into running my own businesses which led me onto running local business networking events. From here I went on to support the growth of the networking organisation I worked for coordinating the expansion of their meetings across the globe.

During this time whenever I was at networking meetings, I was always drawn to the hypnotherapists, therapy work in general and the connection back to my interesting in understanding the human mind. After receiving some hypnotherapy myself, my mind was made up and I enrolled on CPHT Nottingham training. I haven’t looked back since and love running my practice around the hours that suit me and my family. I now also enjoy supporting others on that journey through lecturing with CPHT.”
