Gary Johannes
Senior Lecturer
Gary is a dedicated mental health advocate and founder of Inspired To Change (2011) and Mental Health in the Workplace (2019). Since qualifying as a Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist in 2011, Gary has advanced his expertise with studies in neuroscience and is also a MHFA trainer. An experienced lecturer and supervisor, he has guided dozens of therapists, promoting excellence and compassionate care. Known for his commitment to high standards and continuous learning, Gary combines his skills to foster resilience and positive change, both for clients and across professional environments.

Senior Lecturer
Dawn trained as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist in 2020 and joined the Inspired To Change team. Previously, she had a successful career in the corporate sector, spending 20 years in leadership and senior roles within IT and finance in London. Now, she runs a thriving hypnotherapy practice and is also a qualified lecturer. Additionally, Dawn delivers corporate mental health training as part of the Mental Health in the Workplace initiative, drawing on her extensive corporate experience to promote well-being in professional settings.

Hypnotherapy Diploma Course
Based on the latest research and neuroscience, CPHT’s accredited Hypnotherapy Diploma Course™ will equip you to become an effective and business-ready solution focused Hypnotherapist. Whether you have prior experience as a helping professional or are looking to completely change your career, you can graduate with all the necessary skills and knowledge you need to begin your career immediately.
Successful completion of the course leads to the Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH). In addition, successful completion of your accompanying portfolio leads to the Level 4 NCFE accredited Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD).
Your diploma level hypnotherapy training is made up of 10 modules delivered one weekend a month, over 10 months. This allows you time to practice yours skills and build your confidence between modules. It also means you can fit your training around your life and current commitments.

Other Locations Course Start Dates
Our hypnotherapy course typically starts running around March or April and again in September or October. The weekend course is our most popular course, and is available at every school. Our weekday course is only available in certain schools and runs on Thursdays and Fridays.
